In person Class Fees & Refunds:
When you book onto any class or course, you agree to reserve your space exclusively for the duration of the class/course. We will not give your space to any other participants. On this basis, we do not offer refunds for classes. However, you can transfer to a different class if you have been unable to attend, subject to cancellation within the terms of the cancellation policy described below.
Class bundles and monthly memberships:
Customers may purchase bundles of 5 classes at a discounted price. The 5 sessions are to be used with a maximum period of 3 months from the date of purchase. In case of scheduled Cherry Yoga holidays, additional days will be added to the duration. Bundles are personal and cannot be shared between individuals.
Customers may purchase monthly memberships paying a fixed monthly fee by direct debit. Monthly memberships give members additional privileges compared to the bundles ( please refer to each membership package for details). Monthly membership can be canceled with at least 30 days notice prior to the next renewal ( example: if you want to cancel your February renewal and your renewal date is the 15th of the month, notice must be received before the 15th January to be effective on 15th February). There will be no refunds in case of Cherry Yoga or the customer's sickness or holidays, however wherever possible cover will be arranged. Memberships are non-transferable (only you can use your credits).
In person group classes Cancellation Policy :
You can cancel your booking for any DAYTIME or EVENING classes up to 4hours before the class scheduled time, without losing your session.
Lateness Policy ( in person group classes) :
Although lateness is acceptable from time to time, arriving late to class on a regular basis is not helpful for you or the rest of the class. If you know you have obstacles to you coming to class on time please talk to me about what the best options are for you.
Private Session Cancellation Policy (live or virtual):
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments, unless illness*.
Notice of less than 24 hours will incur a full payment of the session fee.
Lateness Policy ( Private sessions , live or virtual):
If the client is late for a session, the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time.
If the instructor is late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.
If the client arrives more than 20 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, the session will automatically be cancelled and the booking considered as no-show. No refund will be issued.
Events and Workshops fees are non-refundable, in case of cancellation by us due to low numbers or illness you may choose to receive a refund or transfer to another workshop.
Virtual group classes
Virtual classes take place via Facebook live sessions, the weekly schedule is subject to changes, always check the current schedule for the most up to date information. Access to classes is unlimited and it is charged as a monthly subscription paid for in advance. The currently monthly fee is 8.99£ a month. No refunds are issued for un-used subscriptions and you can cancel at any time. Virtual members receive a 10% discount on face to face classes as well as workshops and retreats. No booking is required for virtual classes however it is recommended that you book you slot to help with lesson planning.
Any refund is entirely at Cherry Yoga's discretion.
Film Footage and Photographs:
Occasionally we film or photograph classes for marketing purposes, in order to raise the profile of the good work we do. If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please ensure you tell us during the session - filming in a private facility is not against British Law
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can email us at and we will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence.
COVID-19 terms and conditions: during the covid emergency it may be necessary to suspend, cancel and re-schedule private session, retreats and workshops. In the event of having to cancel or reschedule I will do my
best to reschedule. Refunds are at Cherry Yoga discretion and any expiry date on vouchers or credits will be extended to ensure credits are not lost.
