Hi I'm Marzia.
I met yoga in 2015 and felt like I had found a long lost friend. I decided almost immediately to train to teach and have been teaching since January 2016 . I am now an Experienced Yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance which means I have completed over 2,000 hours of teaching and training.
I love to teach and watch yoga improve the lives of others and I look forward to meeting you on the mat soon

There’s something so lovely about Marzia’s classes. She’s so encouraging and we work within our own limits. She’s an excellent teacher, describing each move perfectly so you hardly need to look up to check positions. Feels very natural. The yin yoga session was especially relaxing.
