THAI YOGA MASSAGE
One hour hatha yoga to stretch and strenghten in a gentle way.
Includes relaxation and breathing for a well rounded practice.
A weekly well attended mixed ability class suitable for all levels. Practice includes pranayama , postures and meditation. We also practice Yin yoga regularly.
This is a mixed abilities class welcoming beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.
The sessions are well attended so book your space in advance.
Cherry Yoga students are welcome to join the studio classes. There are limited spaces so you MUST book in advance for this popular weekend session.
For those with more experience who want a more rigorous practice. Every week a different sequence practicing in small groups of up to 4 students.
